Job Title : Facilities Administrator

Location :  44370 Christy St, Fremont, CA 94538

Schedule :  Fully On-Site, Monday–Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm

Assignment Duration :  Up to 18 Months

Pay Rate :  $25 / hour

We are seeking a highly organized and personable  Facilities Administrator  to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This fully on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers. If you’re a multitasker with a positive attitude and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors, including executive-level personnel
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and faxes
  • Prepare and send packages via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Perform data entry, copying, and filing tasks
  • Support miscellaneous office duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum  4 years  of receptionist experience in a corporate setting
  • Proven ability to manage a busy phone system
  • Experience in high-traffic environments with executive-level interactions
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency in  Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Friendly, professional, and tactful demeanor
  • Calm and approachable under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a positive, outgoing personality
