Communicate the quality and sourcing of our ingredients — including imported Japanese fish and meats. Maintain a polished and composed presence in a fine dining environment. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless execution. Proven experience as a fine dining server. Strong knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktails (certifications a plus). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail. Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Blind Tiger , an exclusive speakeasy-style restaurant inside Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura, Florida, is looking for an experienced fine dining server to lead our front-of-house service and deliver a world-class guest experience.
