Description

Honda of North Hollywood is looking for a few experienced customer service experts who can help us grow our call center. Call center experience with exceptioncal communcation skills are a must for this position. TOP PAY FOR TOP PERFORMERS!

As an appointment coordinator, you're one of the most important team members at Honda of North Hollywood. You're a critical point of contact, primarily for our Sales Department guests, and your communication is critical in creating a super experience. You will handle all incoming calls for the Sales departments, as well as performing follow up to invite guests to the dealership.

We're looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)

What You'll Do :

• Communicate effectively with Sales guests according to their preferred method of communication be it phone, text,chat or email.
• Respond to guest and team inquiries in a timely fashion
• Make outbound follow up calls to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
• Contact all
• no-shows' to reschedule any missed appointments
• Schedule prospective customers for test drive opportunities
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day
