Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am

Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5am - 5pm

Responsibilities : ... Expert Machining Skills : Possesses a high level of proficiency in all aspects of machining, including blueprint reading, tool selection, and setting manufacturing parameters.

Material Expertise : Understands the characteristics of different raw materials and how they affect machine operation and tooling choices.

Multi-Machine Proficiency : Can operate and maintain various CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and potentially other specialized equipment.

Programming and G-Code : Can interpret and potentially write CNC programs using G-codes and other programming languages.

Tooling Knowledge : Proficient in selecting, using, and optimizing tooling, including specialized tooling like form tools and endmills.

Feeds and Speeds : Expert in determining optimal feeds and speeds for various materials and operations to achieve desired finishes and productivity.

Quality Control : Maintains a high level of quality control, minimizing scrap rates and ensuring parts meet strict tolerances.

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) : Familiar with GD&T principles and can interpret and apply them to ensure accurate part production.

Problem-Solving : Can diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues and find solutions to ensure smooth operation.

Safety : Adheres to strict safety protocols and procedures when operating CNC machines.

Working hours : 3 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Proven machining experience with CNC lathe / mill

CNC Mill / Lathe Programming, Setup & Operations knowledge

Trade school or an associate's degree in CNC machining or a related field.
