As a critical part of our Field Operations crew, you'll operate a range of heavy construction equipment to support site grading, heavy hauling, drilling, and earthmoving projects. Learn more at Key Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites.- Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep machines clean and operational.- Follow all company and job-specific safety protocols.- Complete daily tasks using tools such as jackhammers, demo saws, shovels, and survey gear.- Maintain a clean and organized work area.- Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.- Support other duties as assigned by the site superintendent or management. Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.- 5+ years of experience preferred; entry-level candidates with vocational training will be considered.- Trade school certificate in Heavy Equipment Operating preferred.- General knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and methods.- Ability to read construction drawings and perform basic math.- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.- Valid Class A CDL preferred.- Reliable transportation required.
