Accountabilities

  • Exceptional customer communication by email, on the phone and in person
  • Promote planned maintenance and building performance with customers
  • Create new and updated customer records in Vision
  • Enter planned maintenance agreements in Vision
  • Schedule planned maintenance work with customers
  • Create work order for service calls
  • Schedule service technicians for diagnostic and repairs
  • Manage work order flows through the "RFS Complete" work queue
  • Manage work order flow through the "Ready to Bill Residential" work queue
  • Review for accuracy, complete, close and invoice residential work orders
  • Create purchase orders for technician purchases
  • Track work order repair parts and schedule repair appointment with customer when parts arrive
  • Ensure after-hours schedule is accurately maintained and shared with after-hours all service
  • Communication and coordination with warehouse coordinator for needed items for service & maintenance (load report)
  • Keep dispatch boards up to date
  • Assign work orders for vacation days to block the schedule for days off for your team
