Program Development Manager

A company is looking for a Program Development Manager responsible for coordinating the development and launch of fintech payment programs. Key Responsibilities Support and manage a structured program development plan, ensuring alignment across internal teams Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track progress and remove roadblocks Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and status updates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required Minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously Familiarity with payment systems, APIs, or financial operations is a plus Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, or Jira) is helpful
