Description :
The client is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Temporary IT Support Specialist to assist employees during the annual Open Enrollment period. This role focuses exclusively on helping users gain access to benefit selection platforms via email, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and password recovery tools. Support will focus on assisting users with automated login tools and resolving general access-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline support to users experiencing access issues related to Workday Open Enrollment eventGuide employees through email login procedures, MFA setup, and password reset tools using automated systemsGuide users to relevant self-service portals and IT resourcesEnsure employees can successfully reach the benefit enrollment interface (without advising on benefits selection)Deliver clear instructions and empathetic troubleshooting for a diverse range of usersSupply contact information for the Department of Human Resources (DHR) for benefit-specific inquiriesDocument user interactions and escalate unresolved access issues as neededExperience
