Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for integrated offerings, APIs, and webhooks Guide partners through new integration builds, ensuring seamless onboarding onto the platform Collaborate closely with merchants and integration partners, providing technical support throughout the integration process Required Qualifications 3+ years' experience translating technical concepts into business solutions Strong technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks Hands-on working experience with SQL for troubleshooting Proven experience in project and / or program management, including sprint planning Familiarity with JIRA and agile development environments
