We are hiring for a Payroll Analyst in Greenfield, WI. This position will be the sole processor of weekly and bi-weekly payroll for about 200 employees. If you have at least three years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Payroll Analyst Responsibilities :

Process full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees in multiple locations

Maintain and update employee payroll records

Manage payroll tax filings and reconcile tax payments with third-party vendors

Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, deductions, and time reporting

Requirements :

Three or more years of full-cycle payroll experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Desired

Third party software experience like ADP or Paychex

Professional communication skills and detail oriented
