Student Experience Specialist

A company is looking for a Student Experience Specialist to enhance student success through direct support and interventions. Key Responsibilities Foster student progress by developing resources and interventions to improve the student experience Conduct outreach strategies to support student retention and graduation Manage incoming support requests and resolve complex student issues to ensure satisfaction and progress Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or a related field 2+ years of teaching experience Experience in a student-facing or customer-facing role Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
