Position Overview :
Imperial, LLC is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data in various systems with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our business records and supporting overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Enter, update, and verify data in company systems and databases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions.
Retrieve and review source documents to resolve data inconsistencies.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet daily / weekly productivity targets.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify data inconsistencies.
Assist in generating basic reports as needed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and time management skills.
