Staging & Integration Services Technician

Most Important :

Entry-level or early-career techs

Strong work ethic and motivation to grow

Willingness to do physical work (racking gear, lifting equipment, etc.)

Qualifications :

Familiar with terminal emulators, basic configuration pushes, OS upgrades, and troubleshooting

Comfortable working in a hands-on, staging environment

Personality and attitude matter most the team can teach technical skills

Eager to learn and grow into more technical roles over time

Bonus : Certifications in Cisco, HP, Microsoft, or AWS

Able to work on-site in Orlando, Long Island, or Fulton, MD as needed

Responsibilities :

Assist with the staging and integration of IT hardware

Rack, stack, cable, and configure network and server gear

Perform basic configuration tasks, firmware / OS upgrades, and system testing

Collaborate with senior techs and leadership in a supportive, learning-focused environment

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and documentation protocols

Support broader integration projects as part of an incubation center for developing technical talent
