Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates
• Assist customers in resolving any issues or complaints
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and transactions in a detailed and organized manner
• Schedule Appointments
