What You'll Do :

  • Provide technical oversight of TM / FTS supplier components, ensuring successful qualification, lot acceptance testing, and production deliveries.
  • Lead and coordinate requirements, design, analysis, integration, testing, and safety reviews.
  • Collaborate with Test Range Safety organizations, ensuring compliance with RCC-319 standards.
  • Act as the key technical liaison between suppliers and internal teams, driving performance, schedule adherence, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate critical status updates, risks, and recommendations to program leadership.
  • Travel to supplier, production, and test locations as needed to support program objectives.

What You Bring To The Team :

  • 4+ years of experience with TM / FTS systems, RCC-319 standards, and Test Range Safety organizations.
  • 4-6 years of experience in both electronic and mechanical testing.
  • Strong ability to work independently, self-prioritize tasks, and drive solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with experience communicating across all levels of management.
  • Proven experience managing external suppliers, with a focus on requirements verification, technical performance, and schedule compliance.
  • Hands-on experience presenting at program reviews, design reviews, technical reviews, and safety reviews.
