We provide comprehensive engineering, procurement, management, and construction services for the execution of large, complex AC power substations, including expansions and electrification across five key segments.

As a Project Control Manager at Linxon Americas, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success across our portfolio. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with optimal resource utilization. By overseeing a team of skilled project controllers and collaborating closely with project managers, finance, and other key stakeholders, you will maintain robust control over schedules and costs, enabling strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Your impact will be felt in every phase of the project lifecycle, contributing directly to Linxon's mission of delivering innovative infrastructure solutions.
What will you do?
- Lead a high-performing team responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management across Linxon Americas.
- Manage and mentor the project control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement standardized project control processes and tools, including the Integrated Project Controls System (PIMS Omega 365).
- Oversee project performance, conduct variance analysis, and drive corrective actions to align costs and schedules with project goals.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and tendering activities, including multi-currency transactions and hedge reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers, finance, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, risk assessments, and change management.
- Contribute to global knowledge sharing and help expand operations into new geographies.
- Represent Linxon in client interactions, ensuring high standards of communication and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Who you are?
A bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7 years of experience in project controls, including 4+ years in a leadership role.Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.Proficiency in project control systems and software, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.The ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the energy or EPC sector (preferred).What We Offer :
