Coterra is hiring an Active Directory Administrator in Houston, Texas

JOB SUMMARY

As a Network Security / Active Directory Administrator at Coterra, you will  manage and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Okta, Azure, and other enterprise systems. You will ensure smooth onboarding / offboarding, access control, license management, and system configurations while supporting audit and legal requirements.   This position is located on site at our Houston, Texas headquarters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Active Directory (AD) accounts, security groups, and device containers

Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, mailboxes, distribution groups, and policies

Support Okta user access, MFA, app assignments, and account syncs

Maintain Azure memberships, licenses, and security settings

Configure and manage EBS / EU and AS / 400 user access

Set up ServiceNow user roles, SLAs, and dashboard reporting

Assist with Mimecast, Adobe licenses, ADAudit, litigation holds, and emergency routing

Support access control for OpenInvoice, network shares, SharePoint, Power BI, and other systems

Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Advanced knowledge of Active Directory (AD)

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration

Excellent troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills

Thorough knowledge of technology, software and hardware

Strong customer service focus

Ability to work independently and part of a team, learning new systems and hardware as implemented

Must be a team player

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma / GED Required, Associates preferred

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Active Directory Administrator, Five (5) years of experience or more preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMAND

Work is typically performed indoors in an office environment. Incumbents must be able to perform work which includes typing, sitting, and standing. In the event that incumbent visits operations worksite, personal protection equipment, including head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, and flame-resistant clothing is required. Safety rules including OSHA and DOT requirements are strictly enforced. Employees must be willing to travel and work extended hours on short notice.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

10%; Travel may be required for field visits, required meetings or training
