PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Director of Data Science will launch and scale Pediatric Associates’ AI / ML initiatives, starting with payment integrity, risk stratification, and care gap management. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for developing, validating, and deploying models that drive measurable financial and clinical outcomes. The role oversees a team of data scientists ensuring AI solutions are production-ready, secure, compliant with HIPAA and capable of delivering measurable impact across clinical, financial, and operational domains.
