A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist. Key Responsibilities Review customer pay repair orders in accordance with manufacturer and state law requirements Calculate average labor rates and parts markups based on qualifying repair orders Prepare complete and accurate filing packages for submission to the manufacturer Qualifications & Skills Needed 1-2 years of dealership service department experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document preparation Ability to interpret and follow manufacturer policies and guidelines Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
