Position Overview :
The Digital Marketing Communications Intern will be part of our global Hygiene, Health and Consumable (HHC) Adhesives Product Management and Marketing (PM&M) team, located at the Willow Lake campus in Vadnais Heights. The HHC PM&M team is responsible for market research and voice of customer, product line segmentation strategies, development of content for demand generation and customer e-learning, new product development and commercialization, brand management and strategy, live and virtual event management, and execution and measurement of marketing communication plans.
Primary Responsibilities :
Partner with marketers, sales professionals, and key business partners while working through assigned projects
Demonstrate project management skills and learn how different functions collaborate to drive growth opportunities in the market
Develop relationships, think strategically and creatively, and engage in giving and receiving feedback.
Creation of content pieces to support marketing campaigns, product launches, or customer e-learning (social media posts, email marketing campaigns, sales sheets, sales presentations, blogs, videos, etc.).
Assisting in creating paid social media advertisements and reporting social media growth data.
Managing delivery of content to sales teams or via digital channels and measure the impact.
Lead project to establish internal content management processes.
Provide feedback on brand consistency in outbound communications.
Minimum Requirements :
Rising junior or senior currently pursuingbachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field to be completed
Must be detailed-oriented, and able to be a self-starter to complete projects
Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Prefer someone who has experience with graphic design (Canva) or video editing software.
Physical Environment :
Office environment or possibility to work remotely
Must be comfortable doing video calls (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour.
