A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager. Key Responsibilities Partner with R&D and Engineering to ensure training content on product and process knowledge is available for plant teams Design and develop training materials to ensure consistency and quality across all sites Implement a Certified Trainer Program to build internal training capabilities at each facility Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibility Bachelor's degree preferred in training, education, psychology, business management, or related field Experience in a food manufacturing environment is required Experience delivering training to various levels within an organization Prefer experience with alternative training methods to enhance the learner experience
