- Apprentice Technicians can expect to earn between $60,000 and $150,000 in their first year.
- The Technician role is 100% commission. There is NO CAP on commissions.

The Journey of an Apprentice Technician :
Our apprenticeship is a 4 week training program at the A1 Training Academy in Phoenix, AZ.A1 covers flights and accommodations for the duration of your training in Phoenix. (All apprenticeship / training weeks are paid). You will typically work 45-50 hours a week while an apprentice and qualify for overtime.Once you complete training, you will receive a one thousand dollar bonus, and graduate to a junior technician. You will perform your duties as a technician in and around your market. Boom!Interview Process :
After we review your application, you will be contacted for an interview with a recruiter if we want to know more. Plan on up to 30 minutes.Next step is an interview with the Hiring Manager. Plan on approximately 60 minutes.Last step is when the fun begins : you will be invited to ride along with one of our technicians so you can see what life as a Technician is really like. Travel to various service calls to meet customers in their residence and advise on repair, maintenance or purchase of a new door.Assemble mechanical components or machine parts.Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.Order replacement parts.Repair or replace worn or broken door parts using hand tools.Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair.Remove parts or components from equipment.Install hardware or other interior fixtures.Run wiring to connect equipment.Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning.Test mechanical equipment to ensure its functioning properly.Document operational activitiesCollect payments for goods or servicesBasic Requirements :
