Supervise subcontractors and coordinate activities across all trades, driving efficiency and maintaining exceptional work quality. Take full ownership of material procurement, ensuring all required materials—such as equipment, block, lumber, and more—are ordered and delivered on time to keep projects moving forward. Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines and managing resources effectively to meet changing needs. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety protocols, and building codes. Act as the primary liaison between clients, project managers, and field teams to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed with timely project updates. Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed, maintaining a secure working environment for all team members. Maintain thorough documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders, ensuring clear and accurate records are kept. 5+ years’ of experience as a Superintendent in shell construction or a similar field. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Proven track record of managing material procurement, including equipment, block, lumber, and other essential supplies. Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage teams and ensure efficient, successful project completion. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents with precision. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Base salary in the 95k - 120k / year range Company vehicle and fuel card Annual bonus based on personal and company performance Health Insurance programs
