Subject Matter Expert :
A technology operations and communications expert with in-depth experience managing enterprise IT services, mobile solutions, and unified communications strategies. Core areas of specialization include :
- Mobility - Managing enterprise mobility strategies, including mobile device provisioning, carrier management, security policies (MDM), and cost control for a mobile workforce.
- Telecommunications - Administering voice, data, and network communication services, including contract negotiation, vendor oversight, and technology upgrades (e.g., VoIP, SIP, WAN) to support business continuity and scalability.
- Collaboration Services - Implementing and supporting secure, scalable audio, video, and web conferencing platforms to enhance collaboration, productivity, and hybrid workforce engagement.
This SME provides strategic and operational leadership in building resilient, user-centric IT environments-balancing performance, security, and cost-efficiency across global enterprise networks.
What You Will Do :
As the subject matter expert, your role will be focused on creating additional value to existing accounts / clients / projects.As it relates to creating additional value, some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Analyzing client infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing structures to identify cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions tailored to client needsLeading complex negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms on behalf of clientsDeliver actionable insights and present findings to client stakeholdersProactively identify client challenges and recommend strategic and operational solutions that exceed expectationsStay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies within your domainCreate and refine deliverables such as data analyses, reports, and client presentations as it relates to creating additional valueServe as an internal resource for functional expertise and thought leadershipWork independently on projects or as a contributor on larger engagementsTake ownership of projects from ideation through execution, often in situations with limited direction or defined processesFocus on proactively driving progress, setting clear objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of resultsFacilitate and lead internal meetings with confidence, aligning stakeholders across functions, navigating ambiguity, and championing initiatives that push projects forward without waiting for instructionQualifications
Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 10-15years of experience in consulting, vendor management, or business analysisDeep functional expertise in one or more spend categories (e.g., IT, telecom, facilities)Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to synthesize large data setsProven experience developing solutions in complex client environmentsExceptional communication and client-facing presentation skillsProject management experience and familiarity with tools to manage deliverables such as SmartSheet and Project Management CRM strategiesWho We Are :
