Responsibilities

Client Development : Cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities.

New Client Acquisition : Actively pursue new clients through innovative sales strategies and lead generation tactics.

Product Promotion : Present Allstate's comprehensive suite of insurance products to maximize client value.

Market Analysis : Conduct extensive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify areas for business growth.

Sales Targets : Consistently exceed personal and team sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention processes.

Requirement

Licensing : Active Arkansas Property & Casualty License is required to be eligible for this role.

Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a sales-focused position within the insurance industry is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written communication abilities to effectively convey complex information to clients.

Customer-Centric : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed customer expectations with a focus on service excellence.

Sales Acumen : Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships and successfully achieving sales targets.

Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust and rapport with clients.
