A company is looking for a Signature Closer Sr. Client Services Representative. Key Responsibilities Supports real estate transactions by assisting internal and external customers with various inquiries Responds to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency Implements strategies focused on building and maintaining client relationships Required Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience Previous experience in customer service Experience in Real Estate and Title Industry preferred Familiarity with notary services is a plus
