Shift : 12-hour shifts (Flexible)

Healthcare Setting : Women’s Health Services (Acute Care Hospital Setting)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $125,990 – $135,000 Qualifications – Director of Nursing, Women’s Health (RN)

Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business

7–10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Women’s Health, Labor & Delivery, or Maternal Child Health

Demonstrated success in healthcare team management, quality improvement, and program implementation

Experience in supporting program growth and operational excellence in a clinical setting Director of Nursing Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Women’s Health nursing services, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Maternal Child Education, Antepartum, OB Emergency Department, and Lactation Services

Drive continuous improvement in patient safety, quality of care, and patient experience

Promote growth and maintain high standards of clinical compliance and nursing excellence

Support professional development and mentorship for a multidisciplinary team of over 220 healthcare professionals

Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and community partners to advance women’s health initiatives in Reno, Nevada
