We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Alameda, California. Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Windows devices, Apple devices, and computer hardware.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory services, ensuring seamless access and security.
  • Configure and deploy software, hardware, and system updates as required.
  • Oversee database management tasks, including updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and monitor configuration management processes to maintain system integrity.
  • Assist in planning and executing system deployments and upgrades.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Document and update technical procedures to improve team efficiency.
  • Proven experience with IOS support and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in supporting Audio Visual systems such as Zoom / Teams
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and database management.
  • Familiarity with Apple devices and computer hardware.
  • Ability to perform configuration management and system deployments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
