Job Description :

• Conduct detailed conversations with customer line of business teams to gather and document requirements.
• Identify overlaps, dependencies, and common requirements across multiple business units.
• Consolidate requirements into a structured RFP document for Workforce management system vendors
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to align requirements with business priorities and timelines.
• Support the vendor evaluation process by preparing comparison matrices and fit-gap analyses.
• Ensure all requirements are validated and traceable to business outcomes.
• Provide input to the final implementation roadmap for the selected Workforce management system
