A company is looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead. Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end design and implementation of major system components Define, communicate, and execute technical roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders Mentor and coach developers, fostering growth and collaboration Required Qualifications : 5+ years of development experience, with at least 3+ years using OutSystems Proven leadership experience guiding development teams and influencing architecture Hands-on experience working in agile environments Proficiency in at least four development languages Alignment with core values and a passion for technology
