A company is looking for a Clinical Escalations & Experience Lead. Key Responsibilities Create and manage clinician schedules in Athena Monitor clinician schedules and manage patient waiting lists Reschedule patients and adjust clinician schedules as needed Required Qualifications Availability for 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts Minimum of five years as a Clinical Scheduler, preferably in AthenaHealth At least one year of experience in a digital healthcare company Proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones Self-starter with strong attention to detail
