Honor GMC, a premier dealership located on the iconic Mile of Cars in National City , is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our growing team. If you're passionate about automotive parts, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

Assist customers (retail and wholesale) in selecting and purchasing parts and accessories

Look up and source parts using internal systems

Provide accurate quotes and ensure timely order processing

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked parts counter and storage area

Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to fulfill internal repair orders

Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims

Stay updated on new products and promotions

Qualifications

Previous experience in an automotive parts counter role preferred (dealership experience a plus)

Working knowledge of vehicle systems and parts

Proficient with parts lookup and inventory management software (Tekion or similar)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
