What You'll Do :
In this multi-faceted role, you’ll be the front line for customers at Len Busch Roses- helping them in person, by phone, and over email. You’ll also support teams across our business (Sales, Transportation, Order Filling, and more) by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is best for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and likes being a go-to person in a supportive, high-energy team.
Key responsibilities include :
Greet and assist customers in person, on the phone, and through email
Help Will Call customers with pickups, new orders, returns, and invoicing
Answer and direct incoming calls through our switchboard
Handle customer complaints and service issues with professionalism and care
Receive and process courier deliveries and outgoing shipments
Manage mail : postage, receiving, and sending
Assist with invoice consolidation and end-of-day sales processes
Track and organize returnable buckets and manage return product inventory
Maintain a clean, professional front area and free flower cart
Support other departments with dispatch, inventory, and receiving needs
Lead customer tours and help coordinate our event space rentals

Skills & Experience We're Looking For :
Previous experience in customer service or a related field (3+ months preferred)
Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and manage time well in a fast-paced setting
Comfort working on your feet and moving between departments
When You’ll Work :
Full-time, 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM Monday through Friday with occasional weekend or holiday support needed during peak seasons
Shift start times typically fall within regular business hours; some flexibility may be required based on business needs
