Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified federal opportunities Oversee proposal development and ensure alignment with company goals Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in federal IT business development Demonstrated success in securing federal contracts in the $5M-$25M range Deep understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle Familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy, and IT program management Knowledge of key federal agencies such as VA, HHS, and Treasury
