Admissions Advisor

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Advisor to join our campus enrollment team. This is your chance to connect with prospective students, guide them toward meaningful healthcare careers, and be part of a mission-driven organization that’s been named a Top Workplace 8 years in a row .
What You'll Do :
Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and in person to share how CHCP can help them reach their career goals.
Conduct admissions interviews, campus tours, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
Introduce students to financial aid and support services, helping them feel confident and informed.
Build strong relationships with students and maintain ongoing communication to support their success.
Collaborate with your team to meet enrollment goals and represent CHCP at recruitment events.
Become certified as an Admissions Representative through the Texas Workforce Commission.
What You Bring :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you love talking with people!
Motivation to help others improve their lives through education.
Organized, goal-driven, and a team player.
Ethical, compliance-focused, and professional.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
Bilingual skills a plus!
Experience in admissions, customer service, or sales (0–1 year).
