Role Summary
The Patient Services Business Analyst will play a key role in enhancing patient engagement through the optimization of a Salesforce Health Cloud-based CRM system. This position supports the
Working closely with the Product Owner, you’ll help translate business needs into actionable user stories, support backlog refinement, and assist in user acceptance testing. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated analyst looking to deepen their experience in healthcare technology, agile practices, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Owner to support the vision and roadmap of the Patient CRM system.Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements using interviews, workshops, and analysis tools.Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Support backlog management and refinement activities.Conduct basic data analysis to identify system trends and improvement opportunities.Create and maintain documentation including process flows, training materials, and user guides.Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect tracking.Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.Develop foundational knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and its application in patient services.Learn and apply relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations (HIPAA, GxP, etc.).Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to learn agile methodologies and healthcare industry practices.Bonus Qualifications
Exposure to agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.Experience with process mapping tools (, Visio).Understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry concepts.Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
