Thompson Auto Group, in Nashua, NH is looking for a dedicated Rental Coordinator to join our team. The Rental Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing rental car reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Cash Handling
- Check Service rental car fleet and track usage and mileage to ensure quality control
- Create and monitor rental agreements
- Verify insurance and coordinate with insurance companies
