We are seeking an experienced UI / UX Designer to join our product team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other UX designers to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves working across diverse business units, directly with stakeholders, and occasionally with end customers to design innovative solutions for complex systems.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business partners, product groups, and vendors to design intuitive digital solutions.

Work directly with product owners, developers (front-end and back-end), and other UX designers.

Conduct research, identify problems, and recommend effective solutions within organizational guidelines.

Communicate design needs, system changes, and user experience enhancements effectively.

Deliver high-quality UI / UX designs for complex systems and applications.

Team Structure :

Work with 2 3 other UX Designers.

Report to the Product Owner.

Collaborate with development leads and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree with 8+ years of experience OR Master s degree with 5+ years of experience.

3+ years of UX design experience with proven expertise in designing complex digital solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (1+ years required), Sketch, and other UX / UI software .

Ability to work independently with product and engineering teams.

Strong communication skills and ability to ask insightful questions.

Preferred Qualifications :

3+ years of experience designing complex systems or applications .
