Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in preschool and elementary school settings within Akron, OH, on a contract basis. This role offers flexibility to arrange coverage across various schools to meet the needs of students and staff.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver speech therapy services to preschool and elementary students, focusing exclusively on therapy sessions without evaluation responsibilities in one position.
  • Conduct one full day of evaluations plus three days per week of preschool classroom therapy coverage in another position.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to tailor interventions and support student communication development.

Qualifications :

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
  • Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children in school settings.
  • Ability to adapt scheduling to accommodate coverage at multiple school locations.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.

    • Duration and Schedule :

  • Preschool position requires 4-5 days per week coverage, including evaluations and classroom therapy.
