PRODUCTION MANAGER

Salary : $80,000 Depending on Experience
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This position plays a key leadership role in coordination resources, streamlining processes, and fostering a motivated, high-performing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and manage production activities to meet output targets, delivery deadlines, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with Scheduling, Quality Control, and other departments to align priorities and optimize workflows.
- Identify, analyze, and leverage data to improve process efficiency and implement continuous improvement across operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff, providing guidance to strengthen technical skills, encourage professional growth, and maintain a collaborative, results-driven environment.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and industry regulations; validate and improve manufacturing processes.
- Set clear objectives, timelines, and budgets for production projects, ensuring efficient allocation of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Quickly identify and address production issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety standards, conducting training and inspections as needed.
- Evaluate production processes, identify areas for efficiency gains, and implement process improvements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or management training preferredRelated Experience :
A minimum of 3 years in a production or manufacturing leadership role, with proven success in managing teams and meeting performance goalsRequired Competencies :
Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on results and continuous improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and OutlookBasic understanding of mechanical operations and applied mathematicsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentPhysical Demands :
