Pay Range : $34.91 - $37.60, depending on experience
Rate Frequency : Hourly
Work Schedule : 1st shift, 6am - 2 : 30pm, Monday-Friday, weekends / holidays per business needs.

Job Overview
The Production Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, repairing, replacing, and maintaining the electrical wiring and circuits on assets in the production facility by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and repairing the machinery's electrical components in a timely manner. The Production Electrician also serves as the on-site subject matter expert for electrical matters, performs planned and unscheduled work, and provides advice and training to new personnel, including Mechanic I level, and Mechanic II level employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
Repair, replace, and maintain electrical wiring and circuits on assets in the production facility in a timely mannerTroubleshoots equipment for electrical issues to prevent malfunctions and, or identify opportunities for improvementsPrograms electrical and electronic equipment and handles the installation, maintenance, and repairs for electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systemsParticipates in the installation of new or modified assets and ensures optimal functionality of electrical componentsMaintains electrical drawings (paper or electronic)May perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Adequate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Electrical experience in manufacturing equipment repair or parts is preferredAttention to detailAbility to collaborate and work well with othersAbility to work independently or in a team-driven settingBasic decision-making skills; uses independent judgmentDedication to continuous improvementMinimum Qualifications
2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical schoolAssociate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical schoolKnowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experiencePreferred Qualifications
Associate degree in ElectricalElectrical Certification or previous 1-3 years experienceWork Environment
Noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment
