ERP Sr. Business Analyst - Projects

Job Title

Responsibilities :

Work with Project Management and Finance teams to understand business requirements and map them to Primavera Unifier.

Prepare Requirement Analysis and Solution Design documents.

Ensure the application meets the usability requirements of project stakeholders.

Maintain configuration and process documentation, as well as training collateral.

Coordinate with P6 Unifier stakeholders and governance group for process improvements.

Coordinate with business to evaluate upgrades and technology opportunity improvements.

Manage user access- provision users through SSO and assign proper Unifier application access.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly application health checks for data and application integrity.

Maintain enterprise data through change review process.

Monitor system usage and provide recommendations for efficiencies.

Help with troubleshooting of access issues and Unifier application issues.

Coordinate Unifier User Group activities.

Provide 1st or 2nd level support for application and / or process issues.

Member of group that provides policy direction and guidance for Unifier usage.

Member of group that reviews and approves changes to the Unifier configuration and processes, as well as technical upgrades and integration projects.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier, uDesigner, user administration, and reporting.

5+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Unifier and P6 EPPM (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management) is desirable.

Bachelor of Science degree.

Experience with Oracle Primavera BI (Business Intelligence) Publisher reporting and Oracle Primavera Analytics is desirable.

Effective communication and client management skills are needed.

In-depth understanding of project change management, risk management and quality management.

Nice to have : Experience with P6 and Unifier integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
