A company is looking for a Field Services Supervisor - Remote Position. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and inspire teams of technicians through coaching and performance reviews Coordinate with contractors to meet customer requirements and ensure seamless project execution Monitor project profitability and optimize resource management for efficiency Required Qualifications Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience) 6-8 years of hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, or engineering 1-2 years of leadership experience managing technical personnel (preferred)
