Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and prepare various legal agreements, including non-disclosure and employment contracts Administer the contract management database and maintain a comprehensive database of legal documentation Conduct legal research and assist with legal agreements and HR-related compliance documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare contracts Familiarity with contract management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications Strong background in HR and labor law, with experience in employment-related legal activities Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
