We are seeking a Payroll Lead to oversee payroll processing and timekeeping operations onsite for one of our key clients in Austin, TX. This is a salaried role with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, plus occasional Saturdays onsite and Sundays remote. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive salary and full benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support a payroll team

Manage all payroll processing, auditing, and timekeeping functions for multiple sites

Utilize systems including Fieldglass, Timerack, and Avionté

Resolve badging issues, missed punches, and time discrepancies

Audit payroll and per diem to ensure accuracy and compliance

Consult with contract employees regarding payroll questions or concerns

Ensure all hires are accurately reflected in payroll records

Qualifications :

Previous high volume payroll processing and timekeeping experience required

Experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to audit for accuracy

Familiarity with Fieldglass, Timerack, or Avionté a plus

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred

Staffing experience highly preferred
