Key Responsibilities : - Safely operate heavy equipment such as Mini excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, and compactors on civil and utility construction sites.- Perform grading, trenching, excavation, and site preparation activities according to project specifications.- Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.- Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily tasks and project goals.- Adapt to new equipment operating methods and techniques as needed.- Maintain punctuality and professionalism on all job assignments.
