Remote Outreach Coordinator

A company is looking for a Remote Outreach Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to members to introduce programs and invite participation Capture and maintain accurate member information in CRM systems Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and call-quality goals Required Qualifications Outbound call center experience required; healthcare experience preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must be able to work from 2 : 30 pm to 11 pm Monday-Friday Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
