The Accounting Supervisor will supervise three team members and perform / review US corporate accounting including accounts payable, payroll, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation.
Onsite only
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Responsible for the monthly close process for AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets and GL Modules.
- Supervise / perform and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform balance sheet and income statement variance analysis on a monthly basis as well as identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly cash flow.
- Prepare and review monthly reporting package.
- Responsible for review and approval of the process of bi-monthly payroll for approx. 450+ employees both salary and non-exempt for three sites.
- Responsible for review stock transactions (RSU, stock options, grants) as related to reportable W2 and 1099 income.
- Ability to work with internal / external auditors including workers comp audit, SOX, 401K audits and quarterly / annual financial audits.
- Oversee the corporate intercompany reconciliation process.
- Ability to communicate across different teams in US, Asia and Europe.
- Work on ad hoc projects for business process improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Hands on and wear different hats when necessary.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required).5 years’ experience in accounting and 3 years’ experience in management experience (required).Experience in Oracle (preferred).Experience in working with multinational organization (preferred).Excellent verbal and communication skills.Flexibility to work additional hours during the month end close.ADP experience preferred
