The American Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) is seeking 3-4  Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team. This is an immediate opportunity to work alongside professionals including BCBAs, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an RBT at AARC, you will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, BCaBA, or other licensed professionals. Your role will focus on skill acquisition, behavior reduction strategies, accurate data collection, and caregiver training. You will be part of a team committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges.
