Title : Bigdata Lead / Developer

Location : Denver CO (day 1 onsite)

We are looking for a highly skilled Big Data Developer with strong experience in Python and SQL programming, along with hands-on expertise in AWS services like Glue, Lambda, and EMR. The ideal candidate will also have experience with real-time data processing using streaming services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
  • Write efficient, scalable code in Python and SQL for data transformation and integration.
  • Develop and maintain ETL jobs using AWS Glue and Lambda functions.
  • Work with AWS EMR for large-scale data processing.
  • Implement streaming data solutions using services like Kinesis, Kafka, or similar.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Ensure best practices for data quality, security, and compliance.

Required Skills :

  • Strong coding skills in Python and SQL .
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services : Glue, Lambda, EMR.
  • Experience with streaming technologies
  • Good understanding of distributed computing and data processing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse concepts.
